These terms cover your use of Eling, run by PT Lentera Karya Digital in Indonesia. By using Eling you agree to them. Questions go to hello@eling.io.

The beta

Eling is in an invite-only beta and is free while the beta lasts. Features may change or stop while it is built. Before Eling charges for anything, account holders hear the plans and prices by email, and nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.

Your account

An account is for one person. Keep access to your email address safe, since it is how you sign in. You decide which AI tools to connect, and a connected tool acts on your behalf within what you allowed.

Your memories

What you store in Eling stays yours. You allow Eling to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You can export or delete it at any time. See the privacy page for how long things are kept.

Fair use

• Do not use Eling for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to store.
• Do not try to reach other people's data, break Eling's security, or get around its limits.
• Do not overload the service or resell access to it.

Eling may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and tells the account holder why when it can.

No guarantees

During the beta Eling is provided as it is, without warranties, and may be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, PT Lentera Karya Digital is not liable for indirect losses or lost data, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for Eling in the previous twelve months.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. Accounts nobody uses for 60 days are deleted after email warnings, as the privacy page describes.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
